I received the following email announcing a special screening for Father in Israel here in Utah Valley at Thanksgiving Point. Usually, I wouldn’t post something like this, but the reviews included with the announcement are worthy of both the film and the objectives of this site.

This film screened at this year’s LDS Film Festival and was very well received by all in attendence. It’s such a shift from former films in the LDS genre that is catching audiences by surprise. If you are anywhere near by, this is one film that you’ll be glad you took the time to see.
