Now with a season of successful web design and development behind me, I have pulled together a list of recent projects ranging from full site builds, small web applications, a myriad of web design layouts, and more. A text resumé is available at the bottom of the page.

Full Site Builds

All Day Home Improvements

This project was a site redesign for a local family company who was looking for a local firm to upgrade their existing site instead of going with an overseas service provider. The site was upgraded to more contemporary web 2.0 look and feel and to hold more images in their project gallery.

Southern Careers Institute

A collaborative process from start to finish. The final site is the result of hours of revisions and overhauls to meet client specifications. It features interactive and static Flash elements, a email inquiry form and general overview of the school's programs and locations.

Western Penn

An insurance company website, featuring an agent login and secured information for insurance agents to have exclusive access to current rates and schedules.

Go Films

This trend setting production house wanted a simple yet bold site to represent their current portfolio of feature film work. An interactive site was built using Flash video technologies to allow six video clips to play simultaneously while allowing visitors to focus on one at a time with the use of their mouse, to view brief company overview, or even send the company a confidential email.

Noel Fine Art

A work of art in the making, gallery owner commissioned me to create a digital presence for his New York art gallery. With periodically updates the site continue, this site features artwork of every artist featured in the gallery. Built with a PHP backend and XHTML/CSS front end.

Skousen Films

The maiden voyage in web design and development for me! This site represents my past experience in Flash as an animation tool. The site houses strong corporate and creative galleries for the Skousen Films company.

SKINNING in web production lingo is the art of taking a visual layout and converting it into a web page. Below are samples of the visual layouts (on the left) and screen shots from the actual web pages (on the right).

Web Applications

Pine Valley Kiosk - A website built to function as a instore informational kiosk for a plasma screen TV. This particular application has a Flash front end which pulls dyanamic XML feeds from three different database: one featuring the real estate office's current listings, another feature a listing of local current events, and a third featuring live weather updates from the National Weather Service!
LMAG Video & Audio Players - These trendy little media players use Flash video techonologies and emulate something of a mobile video player hi-bred (only confined to a browser window). They allow the sponsering ad agency to feature their latest radio and television campaigns on the company's website.
Globe Hero Product Wizard - Built to collect customer information into a MySQL database, this PHP application allows customers to enter in descriptions of potential products they would like to export and add images to help describe the look and feel of the product.
Synergy Solutions Promotions Page - A simple blog set-up which allows the company owner to log in and easily add promotional updates to the company's website without ever having to crack open the actual code base. Built in PHP with MySQL database support, the company owner can add, edit, and delete promotional entries from a password protected adminstrator page.

Skills Set Summary

Design, Layout, Skinning, Coding, and Programming. I run the gammet of web services in the following: Flash (animation, design, and limited actionscript 3.0), XHTML, CSS, XML, PHP, & MySQL. I prepare my images for the web using Adobe Fireworks. I hand code all my work in XHTML, CSS, PHP & MySQL. I have been tables-free since my first website.
